what an awesome weekend!! ok...so there's a new man in my life - Jan. And I spent all weekend with him! YAY!

Let's start with Friday night (cause that's when the weekend officially starts!)

• worked at salamanca inn
• had a counselling session with josh (he's my project atm)
• went to halo and caught up with AJ (AJ @ halo!! OMG!!) (it was goth night. absolutely awesome!! those who weren't dressed up were the odd ones out! i made AJ promise to go with me next month and we're going to dress up massively! we also had our photo taken with a polaroid...was noice!)
• then jan came and picked us up and took us home

Saturday

• took jan to the doc
• breakfast at moonah (yummm)
• lunch with brendan the man! (he was working and was allowed a lunch break today!)
• then jan and i went for a drive to pontville. it was 'all souls day' we went to the cemetry to lay some flowers on jan's father's grave as well as other relatives. went to church (a polish church...didn't understand most of what the priest was saying...but i did work out he was reading a list of names)
• then we went to his pizza shop, made some dough and danced around the shop to music on the radio. :) oh! he bought me some flowers too - nice big lillies!
• i hung around at the shop for a while, watching jan make pizza's and trying to guess what they are as he makes them! then i went home to bed.

Sunday

• jan woke me up..he had made me breakfast in bed! scrambled eggs on bread and a raspberry custard cake and LOTS of raspberries on top! and a hot chocolate!! So spoilt!
• then we went for a drive to cornelian bay to the cemetry to put some more flowers on relatives graves...including his brother who died when he was a baby. So sad seeing all the little graves. :(
• then we drove down to Home Hill winery to have lunch. was VERY yummy! the wine was lush too. wish i could have had more but i was driving. we were listening to some funky tunes on the way down, jan was singing lots too!! he likes the chilli peppers, butterfingers and something for kate. lots of singing!! was great!!!!
• then we dropped in to mum and dad's...was nervous! mother behaved herself a little. jan bought her a bottle of wine which i thought was really nice! i had no idea he bought it. but i think he got the thumbs up from mum. (no news is good news!)
• then we drove back into town, jan went to work and i drove back down to mums to cook her tea. she loved it! also taught her how to edit Dino's site using contribute....that was hilarious! it was painfully slow (the software) but mum and i, as always, managed to have fun!

so much fun! :D

oh! i also learnt how to say hello in polish: DZIEŃ DOBRY! (said Gen-Do-Bri!)
